I communicated through email with Fritz Roepke of Elk Grove Mazda and he sent me options about the car. He also guided me in my application for financing. He got approval and asked me to go to the dealership to test drive and choose the one that I want. We made a deal on the same day on a Sport Trim. It took us about 3 hours. I was going to take delivery the following week but changed my mind to get the Touring Trim instead. Fritz helped me again and I got delivery on the Touring Trim and I am so happy with my purchase. Fritz is an awesome salesperson who is so helpful in dealing with any sales problem we presented. Thanks Fritz. We will recommend you to our friends and to anyone reading this review. More
