That's when Matt joined in. I had worked with Matt on my last Mazda lease three years ago and he honestly remembered the occasion with just a tiny hint! He and Melanie located the exact car my wife and I were wanting AND met my most exacting needs. Both were open and honest, easy to communicate with - addressing all concerns I expressed (without any B.S.) and making sure that the deal we made was the deal we got. My wife and I buy or lease vehicles about every 18 months and this is the first time I have not had to play the "walk out of the dealership" game to prove that I was serious about what I would and would not accept. This is my first dealership experience where I didn't feel pressured. Jaik went to extreme measures to make sure that I knew all the features of the car and asked if I had any questions. Jaik clearly enjoys his job and he projects it on how he treats his customers. The financial transaction was so smooth and all promises were kept on the prices quoted - no surprises. Jaik kept communicating with me and answered all my questions honestly about financing and my options. He even helped me transfer all my personal belongings from my other car into my new car. The financial transaction with Francisco Morales was amazingly fast and pleasant. Francisco went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met for my special DMV requirements. At the negotiating table, my mom refused to back down and acted a but unruly, but both Fritz and Sales Manager Grant treated us with respect. We felt we got a good OTD deal, which ended up being $55 extra at signing, but for the most part we felt we got a good deal. Francisco the Finance Manager was great! I'd buy again, but would maybe be a bit more adamant about the bottom line. More

I started looking knowing the possibilities of driving off in a new the day off was slim to none. I found a Dodge Caliber with low miles and a very low price. On sundays Elk Grove Mazda closes at 7:00 to called around 6:00 pm and they still took me in knowing they were closing pretty soon. Well the deal took some time but the entire staff stayed late for us. Gerlie was the sales rep that helped us out through the whole process and was able to get the deal finalize. We left the dealership driving a new car at 9:00 which was way past closing time. Gerlie and the entire Elk Grove Mazda staff showed nothing but great customer service and made sure during the waiting time that we are ok from always offering water and checking up us and keep us updated if the process.
