Having researched the car before coming in for a test drive, I only had a few questions. Fritz Roepke made it easy for us to do it our way: no pressure. After an hour and a couple of test drives we were on our way. The following morning I called Fritz and we agreed on terms in short order and he began the process. My wife and I drove to the dealership late in the afternoon and Fritz had things ready for us. He escorted us through the steps: gave us and in-service on the more nuanced aspects of the vehicle, started the paperwork and ushered us to the finance person. One forgets how many disclosures and documents need to be dispatched. But we never waited more than 60 seconds at a stretch. and were done in a couple of hours. Historically I rank a new car purchase right up there with going to a dentist. After my weekend encounter with Elk Grove Mazda, that may warranted some rethinking. More

She was very nice and pleasant, and had no problem letting us test drive the 2017 Mazda Cx-5 Touring, which Toyota of Elk Grove immediately told me no because I was not planning to buy that day. I was throughly impressed with the Touring, inside and out, and knew this was the car for me. So impressed with the car, I decided to upgrade to the fully loaded version. A few days later with the help of Stephanie and Matt, I was a new proud owner of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Thank you Mazda of Elk Grove for making it a great experience! More
