Once again Matt Heidrich is the most amazing salesperson ever!!!!!! The second my sister and I walked in he gave us VIP treatment. He literally drove us around so we wouldn't have to deal with the crazy weather while looking at cars. Never did we feel pressured into looking at something we couldn't afford or something we didn't like, he did the opposite and asked us what we wanted in a car and showed us exactly that, I mean seriously, down to the exterior color. Which brings me to the next awesome thing he did. He went above and beyond literally! The car I chose had literally just been delivered, and blocked in by MANY other cars, not even had its inspection yet and was not ready to be sold, but being the amazing salesperson he is, made sure that was the car I would get. Nice experiance We found this dealer through our credit union (Golden One). The were on the list as an endorsed dealer and with the help of Andrea from Auto Smart she We found this dealer through our credit union (Golden One). The were on the list as an endorsed dealer and with the help of Andrea from Auto Smart she set up on appointment for us on line. We met with Trent Smith the Sales Manager and he was very helpful. He showed us the model and color that we were looking for, test drove it showed and explained to us the special Golden One price sheet. He presented the monthly payment options and did not pressure us to buy at all! Very refreshing. We went home to sllep on it, came back two days later and purchased it. Trent was off so Ratish Singh helped us buy it, he was also very helpful, infomative and also low pressure. The Finance guy, Francisco Morales was also very helpful and patently explained all or the numbers and options. I have never had a finance guy that didn't pressure me into an extended sevice agreement but Francisco didn't. He respected my decision and that was it. Great experiance, love our new Mazda 6 !! More
