No wheeling and dealing, just a straight up honest conversation. Everything was done online or on a telephone call. The only time we set foot in the dealership was to test drive the car, and to do the financing paperwork with Steven Wray. We also learned my daughter was eligible for a college rebate since she is graduating in December. Thank you, Steve! We were at the dealership, from start to finish, for two hours. Amazing staff So i went to a dealership prior to going to elk grove mazda and left because i was so frustrated because the salesman was sooo pushy. When i asked specific questions about the vehicle the salesman hadn't a clue. When i arrived at elk grove nissan i was greeted by mike. He asked me what i was looking for and pointed me in that direction. He let me know he was there if i had any questions. I really appreciated that because i wasnt sure what i wanted. I needed time to look and privacy to speak to my girfriend about the vehicles. When i signed for mike to come over he explained EVERY little detail about the vehicle. I was amazed how much he knew about Mazda. Never once did he try to push me to test drive a vehicle. It was because of his knowledge and professionalism that i went from "shopping" to purchasing a 2016 cx-5 from him. I would highly recommend mike. I even told his sales manger Mike needed a raise!
