I have decided to give these people a chance even though they are 60 miles away from my home based on the near perfect reviews. They have done an excellent job in taking care of me...I told them what my budget was and they gave me the best deal and even asked me to check with others if some one is willing to offer me a better price. Since I have done my homework before coming to this one I purchased a brand new car and was out of the dealership in an hour. More

Before visiting Elk Grove Mazda I went to 8 other car dealersh I recently purchased a used 2007 Pontiac G6 from Elk Grove Mazda and I am very pleased. Before visiting Elk Grove Mazda I went to 8 other car dealerships and all up and down Fulton Ave like for a good used reliable cars for a reasonable price. I failed to find any used or new car dealership that would approve me to finance a car with little to nothing down and being a first time buyer I also had little to no credit it was nearly impossible to get approved with anyone. When I had little to no hope I drove past Elk Grove Mazda and seen they were have a huge used car sale. I went in and met Jaik the best & nicest sales men out there. I told him how I needed a car and nobody was approving me and he told me he would do anything he can to get me a car. Jaik and I went back and forth trying to get me approved with different cars and finally on our last attempt we found the 2007 Pontiac G6. I have never herd of this kind of Pontiac and I was eager to look at it. As soon as I seen the car I fell in love with the new car look I loved it. So we went inside and I was approved for the car. Jaik told me he would get me a car and that's exactly what he did. I am so happy with my car and thankful that I went into Elk Grove Mazda. They have the best customer service and great cars and great prices. They are willing to do anything to get you the car you need. I will definitely be keeping all my car purchase with Elk Grove Mazda. Thank you so much Jaik! More

Car Buying Made Easy I had recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima in December. After weeks of research and recommendations from co-workers I became very interested in the Mazda CX5. I have never driven a Mazda before and was very intrigued by their amazing 5 star crash rating and excellent gas mileage. I came into the dealership last night with a plan to leave with a vehicle I absolutely love, but had no expectations for customer service. Little did I know I would have a fantastic experience with Garrett as my guide. He showed me multiple models of the CX5 and explained all of the features in great detail. He wasn't there to up sell me or make a commission, he generally cared that I got into a vehicle I loved and could afford. They generously took my Kia Optima off my hands as a trade in and I got to drive home in a CX5 I know I will enjoy for years to come. The customer service was outstanding, I felt like I could talk to Garrett and be upfront with him about the numbers and price-and he worked with me and made the vehicle affordable for me. Also the finance manager that stepped in from Nissan was great as well, extremely painless and quick signing process. Overall, tremendous experience at Mazda, I will definitely be going back for my next car purchase. Thank you! More
