we love our new mazda3 i did a fair amount of internet research before looking at any cars. i visited 4 dealerships and settled on the mazda 3 i grand touring hatchback in i did a fair amount of internet research before looking at any cars. i visited 4 dealerships and settled on the mazda 3 i grand touring hatchback in soul red with automatic transmission. it's a little more expensive than the competition, but clearly superior in quality, features and workmanship, which i am willing to pay for. the mazda was the only vehicle with conventional 6-speed automatic. other brands use a cvt transmission which i'm very leery of. the mazda transmission is very smooth and responsive. matt heidrich was very friendly and easy to work with, and gave us an excellent black friday deal. he clearly goes out of his way to meet the needs of his customers and to ensure that all their questions are answered. he's very patient in explaining all the features of the automobile. when you are ready to buy, be sure to set aside plenty of time to complete the deal. in all, it took about 5 hours to complete the test drive, negotiate a price, complete vehicle orientation, arrange financing, review options, and detail the vehicle prior to release. we're super happy and will only deal with matt in the future. give him a call if you want to check out the new mazdas walt and aimme More

We love the Mazda brand and previously owned a Mazda 3, currently I drive a Mazda CX9 and have been very happy with it. My first visit to Elk Grove Mazda I was greeted by Gill and he was able to answer many of my questions and I test drove the Mazda 3. I told him that I would be driving other cars before I made a decision. He was very helpful and followed up with me the next week. The day that my husband and I decided we were ready to purchase we went to the dealership and because Gill was not in and we had not given him a heads up that we were coming we were helped out by Michael. We were able to take our time and not feel pressured. We wanted certain features and Michael was very helpful in locating a car that would fit what we had in mind. Throughout the time we spent at the dealership we were treated with courtesy, respect and felt that the employees that we were in contact with showed a genuine interest in us and not just in making the sale. Steve in finance was also a pleasure to work with and he took the time to explain warranty options etc.. and also secured us very satisfactory financing terms. All in all, I felt that when we left the dealership we were well taken care of and I anticipate that Elk Grove Mazda will continue to live up to our expectations as we take both of our Mazdas in for service in the future. He answered all of our questions and seemed very genuine. We decided to buy a 2015 CX5, and Mike made our experience very enjoyable. Seriously, if you go, ask for Mike! Finance - Steve W. helped us finalize the sale and get through all the paper work. He was funny, quick, and didn't pressure us at all. We got out of there sooner than we expected. Dealership - Once we agreed to a deal we went on a tour of the dealership. It's pretty small but they have a nice waiting room with free wi-fi, coffee, water, and soda. On our tour we met the Sales Manager, the Service Department and the receptionist. Everyone was very nice and congratulated us on our purchase. It was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. The dealership has a free car wash for cars purchased there and free vacuums to clean out your car. Apparently they are installing a brand new car wash system that uses a sensor in your car to start the wash. Fancy! Price - We went there with a price point in mind and ended up pretty close to it so we were happy. Car - Holy smokes. We couldn't be happier with the CX5. It handles well, looks amazing, has great features, and is super safe. Great great car. More
