Rachel Smolich took the time to listen to my preferences and choices, and then responded with them in mind. She was patient, showing me both the Miata I ended up buying as well as a Mazda 3, which is the make of my current car. She emailed, texted, and talked to me on the phone over the 3 days between my initial visit and the purchase date, and was very responsive to my questions and any concerns I had. Whatever part she played in the internal decisions that allowed us to arrive at a price I was happy with worked very well. I left feeling great about my new Miata, of course, but also with a pleasant feeling about the whole experience. Steve Wray likewise listened to me and was very efficient and clear in his dealing with me over the paperwork. I had had a negative experience with another dealer in the past who made a mistake on the DMV paperwork (which I had to correct with the DMV), and Steve took the time to show me that he had made sure that mistake would not be happening this time. He clearly knows his stuff in the paperwork department, and didn't keep me waiting or spend unnecessary time as he ran through the various papers. More

We got everything we wanted in our new CX-5 and absolutely love our car! The only issue we really had was that when we went to take the car home that night, it had been poorly detailed. Dirt was in all of the door jams and it didn't look like it was cleaned very well. Upon finding all of the remaining dirt, Rachel quickly offered to have a full detail done the next morning. We brought our CX-5 in and it came out sparkling. Any issue we have had has been handled quickly and professionally. When we do come to visit for our regular maintenance on the car we still get greeted with a genuine hello and we do not feel like we were just another number on their sales board. We feel special and taken care of, and when you buy a new car and make such a big commitment, it's nice to know that the dealer is still there for you after the purchase.
