I had looked at a few other dealerships before coming to Elk Grove Mazda. I came out all the form the bay area just to see Garrett and Anthony. My girlfriend had boughten a car from them not to long ago and she referred me to them. Right when I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Garrett had the car I was interested in all ready for the test drive. I had been through a few test drives on the same car, but the test drive here was the best I had experienced. Garrett took me through every detail of the car and showed me how to use al the technology. He really knew every detail about the car. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers, both Anthony and Garrett were really working hard to stay within my wishes. They both worked hard to make sure I was taken car of. I had a couple people in front of me to go into finance so Garrett bought me lunch! Such a nice gesture that did not have to be done. Once I got into financing it was smooth sailing, Steve made sure I understood every detail of what I was signing. He had no problem answering any of my questions silly or not. Overall this was a great experience for buying my FIRST car! I highly recommend this dealership. If I decide to get another Mazda in the future I will defiently be coming back. More

I came to Elk Grove Mazda after having troubles dealing with Roseville. After Roseville Mazda I felt exhausted and beat down a little. I almost gave up on buying a car. After researching and test driving a number of small SUVs I chose the Mazda CX-5 and test drove it at the closest Mazda dealership. I liked the Elk Grove phone salesman the best (unfortunately I don't have his name) and when he told me their dealership extended the drivetrain warranty to 100,000 miles - that clinched it. My son took it from there and got an internet quote. We met with our salesman, Garett Oxnaes who smoothed out our complex method of paying. I really appreciated that he took a lot of time making sure I knew the ins and outs of operating my new CX-5, especially the bluetooth system. In fact, he set it up with my iPhone for me. Garett was great, he got along great with both my son and me. More

Amazing small dealer, At first I was weary about going to a dealer so small and ALMOST just drove to Roseville and went to autonation... But decided to give my local dealer a shot first.. I went to the dealer and met a wonderful sales girl named Autumn B. she was very knowledgable about the Mazda product and helpful in my selection, She let me drive several Mazda3's without much sales pressure and was very friendly. Orginally I almost didn't buy from he dealer because walking the lot I only saw silver,black and grey cars. I was buying this for my wife and wanted a little more POP.. That night I decided to go home and look around for maybe a red or a blue one in my area and low and behold Mazda of elk grove had a red one?!? I called Autumn back the next day and provided her with the stock number and she was able to find it in the over flow lot... we set an appt and it was washed and gassed up when I arrived... ((btw on a side note,,,, thank you for washing it, nothing drives me more crazy than test driving a dirty car)) I then was greeted by Anthony, this is Autumns closer, he was a great guy and really did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted... I really did honestly feel that he wanted to help me and not just make money for the dealer... At the end of the Day I ended up with a pretty red Mazda3 for the wife and she loved it. SIDEBAR:: This dealer really does go above and beyond offering, free towing, 1st oil change free, free soda and wifi, free 5/50k power train warranty on top of the normal mazda warranty... this is some pretty cool freebies you get....... I do wish I was able to get the first 25k miles maintence free, If you think about it it's really only 5 oil changes but this would really make loyalty to the dealer HUGE and other car companies already do this for no extra charge. ie; toyota, bmw, dodge, fiat, ford..... Even when an issue did arise, we were unable to leave with a full tank of gas since the gas stations was out of service, they ensured us that we could come back any other day for our free tank of gas. They made sure that no issue was left untouched. I appreciated there assistance and willingness to ensure that the color and model was the one right for our needs and desires. Would recommend this care dealership because of the friendly staff that goes out of their way to help the customer without the "car salesmen" stereotype. More
