Salesperson ok but doesn’t know about the vehicles (said the CX5 2023 Carbon had touch screen and then after I bought it said it probably doesn’t have Apple Cat play after we couldn’t get it to work - and b the CX5 2023 Carbon had touch screen and then after I bought it said it probably doesn’t have Apple Cat play after we couldn’t get it to work - and by the way, the 2023 CX5 doesn’t have touch screen) and appeared impatient and annoyed when we wanted to see different models (felt like we were wasting his time). Rank 3 of 5. Didn’t understand why they had paperwork issues when I arrived and couldn’t figure it out before an appointment I made 5 days earlier. I had to wait 1 1/2 to be seen by the finance person. Salesperson couldn’t find second key for car. Made appointment 5 days earlier. Why couldn’t they prepare in advance. Now I have come all the way back for service to program a new key. Both managers (man and woman) were very nice. 5of5 Finance person was good and no pressure sales when I said no add ons at the start. 5 of 5 Service center woman that answers the phone, dedicated and spent lots of time over the phone trying to help me with Apple Car play. 5 of 5 Overall experience 4 of 5.
