The car was ready in a timely fashion complete with a walk around video explaining everything that was checked on the vehicle. I did receive an estimate on 2 parts for the vehicle. The driver side protector covering the mirror was clipped by a passing truck so that was a minor accident and we understand the cost of that part. The gas lid cover came off on a very cold winter day and we still have the cover. We don’t understand why we to pay for a part that we still have and we feel that the manufacturer should put the part back on for no charge. It can’t take but 5 min to put cover back on. No need to nickel and dime us for a part that came off that shouldn’t have come off. I had many cars and never had the gas lid cover just come off like that. Other than that we are happy with the vehicle and the dealership. More

After leasing my car, I went twice because my tire pressure was off. They assured me they had balanced the pressure and it was not true. I had to go to a gas station and get it done myself.
