I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic done. Eventually, I found out what was wrong and decided to fix my car at the dealership. My car was sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks no work was done. I called and spoke with my advisor and he informed me that the work was much more extensive that they originally thought. The blatant disregard of my time. I paid for the parts and they are currently sitting in my trunk. Phillip was very great, he worked to help me. I also bought my car 4 years ago been complaining about the rubber of my car on the drivers side and still nothing, they keep telling me it’s on back order More
