No stars. ...stay away. Had a deal in place in the afternoon, signed, insurance cards changed and in the morning management claimed they didn't have all inform ...stay away. Had a deal in place in the afternoon, signed, insurance cards changed and in the morning management claimed they didn't have all information on a trade in which was completely untrue. Tried to blame it on the sales manager. Felt very bad for the salesperson. His management team sold him out rather than owning up to their own mistake or even trying to salvage it. Unprofessional? That doesn't begin to describe it. Fortunately I went to Smith Cairns in Yonkers and got the deal and was treated properly. Beware....you've been warned. I'm giving the salesperson Zakou 5 stars but if I were him I'd quit and look for another dealer. The management team gets a zero. People higher up the chain at Mazda will be hearing about it. More

Charles was excellent, this was my second vehicle from Mr. Cunningham. I financed my 2016 mazda CX-3 from Mazda of New Rochelle and now I'm leasing a brand new CX-30 2022 Premium Platinum Quartz Metalli Mr. Cunningham. I financed my 2016 mazda CX-3 from Mazda of New Rochelle and now I'm leasing a brand new CX-30 2022 Premium Platinum Quartz Metallic. This is the CX-30 2022 new color. This car is so amazing and looks great on the eyes, I have parchment seats so the combination is lovely. I'm so happy with this new Mazda CX-30 and even more happier with my sales consultant Charles Cunningham who delivered me my second car. Being a new color for 2022, I saw the vehicle come off the truck and practically in my hands within 2.5 hours. The car had only been in the dealership to my driveway within 3.5 hours.
