Good Service / Bad Scheduling I have been disappointed the last 2 visits as both times I made an appointments yet the getting in and out was a problem. It seems that they make app I have been disappointed the last 2 visits as both times I made an appointments yet the getting in and out was a problem. It seems that they make appointments, yet take many drive-ups, which pushes back those that were scheduled. My last appointment took 2 hours and all the work that was done was an oil change. I have no problems with the actual service just the attention to scheduling. They simply need to prioritize those that have the foresight to make an appointment. More

No hassle experience Was provided a below invoice quote via email from Dan. Went in weeks later but Dan was busy with another customer and he referred me to Daril. I'd been to a different dealership to test drive the car twice before and was eventually turned off by their hard-sell tactics. Daril was laid back and easy to work with. Justin in the finance department was also very easy to work with. All in all, the whole process took just a couple of hours, and I couldn't be happier with my new CX-9 Signature. More

Good, but as always, be informed. It was nice not being pushed around on the sales floor, but I felt like they went out of their way to upsell crap I didn't really need/weren't entirel It was nice not being pushed around on the sales floor, but I felt like they went out of their way to upsell crap I didn't really need/weren't entirely willing to make concessions. For example, $300 for anti-theft etching is something I didn't bother negotiating down, but be aware that you can do it yourself for approx $15 using a kit. Their easycare service is simply a third-party service contract and they sell it as if it were something they provide themselves. The Mazda Used Care Certification seems like it may be worth the cost, but who knows what it'll actually cover when the time actually comes? I did know that I was getting a great deal on the car though, so I'm not complaining too much, because even with their upsells I was still within my budget. Overall, the experience was unfortunately just average. The experience with the salespeople was very good, but the overall score would have been way higher if their financers weren't using a few of those crummier tactics. I would recommend this dealership if you already knew what specific model/car you had in mind, but probably not if you were just "searching for the right one." More
