My husband were interested in purchasing a Mazda CX7 we stopped at Community Mazda on our way to another dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Dan Stelmach. We stopped back on our way home with very limited time and took a quick test drive w/Dan he answered more of our questions and was very helpful. My husband and I had been to many dealerships and really appreciated dealing with someone who was not pushy or rude and took the time to answer all of our questions.....he was wonderful! That night we decided to purchase the car. We called Dan and gave him all of our info to get the loan rolling - our financing went through without a hitch and he had the car ready for us the next day. All we had to do was come in and sign the papers. He gave us the run down on the vehicle and we left in our beautiful new black CX7! Thank for all of your help Dan - you are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! It was now time to go to the showroom for a test drive. I was expecting a lot of high pressure sales tactics and dealer tricks to get me to buy a car. I got none of that at Community Mazda.Jack did not try to push anything I didn't want.He came with me and my wife for the test drive and was very helpfull in explaining the different controls & options on the car again without any pushy sales tactics.I ended up buying that car for what we agreed on and there were no hidden fees or suprises when he wrote up the sale. On my way home that night a bolt got lodged in my tire. The next morning I went to The service dept. and even though Tire damage is not covered under the warranty they took care of me. I would highly reccomend Community Mazda for new or used cars. They really do care about their customers after they leave the showroom. More

Made an appointment to have my car serviced for warranty work a few days in advance and brought it in at 9:30 on day of appointment. I told them it was not acceptable and went back to pick up my car. If they can't even get the car in to look at in a timely manner, who knows what the quality of work will be. I will not bring my car here again, try the LaGrange Pontiac! More
