Their mechanics were not out of work So I scheduled my appointment. The employees in the service department are extremely nice, explained everything to me, it was extremely fast (maybe 35 minutes? Based off of tv show playing in lounge) I will be returning. They were awesome. More

They returned my vehicle with damge. Since I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for all work. On 8/4/17, I dropped my vehicle off for a routin Since I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for all work. On 8/4/17, I dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, I observed a fresh gouge on the front bumper. When I returned to the service counter, I was asked for my copy of the service papers. A review of the papers revealed that no damage was listed anywhere on the front bumper when the vehicle was initially dropped off and inspected. The service person then offered to "buff" the damaged area. The vehicle was then returned to me with no change to the damaged area. I never received an apology or compensation for the damage. So I apparently paid to have my oil changed and my vehicle damaged. I can get that type to poor service anywhere, and cheaper. More

My service advisor was extremely fast and efficient getting me set up in the system, appreciative of my business, and pleasant first thing on a Saturday morning. To top it off, she said it would be about an hour and it took just shy of 50 minutes. Based on historical experience I would have added at least 30 minutes to the appointment. Again, couldn't be happier! More
