As to the actual sales person, I have no complaints with him - he was cordial and professional during the initial transaction. However, the level of depravity, disrespect and egregious behavior perpetrated him - he was cordial and professional during the initial transaction. However, the level of depravity, disrespect and egregious behavior perpetrated by the “General Manager” against one of its customers in the in front of other customers, is reprehensible and deserving of reproach or punishment. While attempting to resolve an issue with the Sales Manager, the GM began cursing and using racial/ethnic slurs. This is not unacceptable and we fully intend to contact various consumer protection agencies. Dealer represented that total cost of the car was the sticker MSRP price of $23,765, plus dealer fees. Upon review of the Contract, it was brought to dealer's attention that the Contract contained an error, in that, the price of the vehicle was listed as $26,860.39. To date, all attempts to remedy and/or resolve this matter amicably have been futile. More
