When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was informed that the price was only for buyers with good credit and that I would have to pay extra because my credit was less than perfect. I was also disappointed when I found the interior of the vehicle had not been cleaned before I test drove it. When I vocalized valid concerns about the condition of the interior, I was met with pushback and minimal effort to make the need repairs. I was also disappointed to learn that when purchasing a used car at the dealership, they only fill the tank halfway instead of filling it up like most dealerships after the purchase of a car. I was also not informed until after signing the contract, that I would be paying for mandatory gap insurance. More

I went in for a oil change and "JD" was very persistent in me letting him help me get approve for a newer car. I told him no a thousand times. I told him I would come back another time.
