Jessica a very friendly rep from Mazda of Palm Beach contacted me about my inquiry in purchasing a car. I set up an appointment came in with bad credit and a smile and walked out with a car! Jessica introduced me to my salesman JD, whp was AWESOME. After I told him my situation and of course about my bad credit score; he looked at me and said WE'LL get you in a car. And a few hours later that's exactly what he did, I was driving off in my car! Thank you! Everyone there was SUPER friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Dishonest Dealership Found a truck on this dealers lot that we were interested in. We spoke to Hakim Williams and since it was too late in day to check the truck on July 3 Found a truck on this dealers lot that we were interested in. We spoke to Hakim Williams and since it was too late in day to check the truck on July 3rd and we are in Palm Bay (2 hours) he asked us to give him a credit card payment to hold the truck until after the 4th of July holiday. I gave the card and he sent a receipt for payment to hold the truck. Thursday I call to see when to drive down to see and purchase the truck and he then tells me "Oh, another salesperson sold the truck out from under me on July 4th". What a bunch of garbage! Texted him if he refunded my credit card. Of course now..no reply. Will be calling Amex today to file chargeback. I would not trust this place. They do not honor their word and are dishonest. More
Very Poor customer service! I picked this dealership based on the car I found on TrueCar.com. It was a pre-owned car, so maybe that is why we were not treated the same as someon I picked this dealership based on the car I found on TrueCar.com. It was a pre-owned car, so maybe that is why we were not treated the same as someone buying a new car. They had a skeleton crew working because it was Father's Day, so it was like a ghost town in the used car section. I did not get a warm feeling from the start, but I loved the car and after doing research we felt it was a fair price we paid. I made an appointment to test drive the car after inquiring on True Car and when I made the appointment I dealt with a very nice lady on the phone. When I arrived to test drive the car, JD met us and before I even had a chance to test drive he was telling me that someone else put a deposit down on the car in case I did not buy it. He was trying to make me feel pressured to buy it or leave. I felt like he was saying "we really don't need your business, so check it out and take it or leave it since we have other people interested". Even on the test drive he did not tell me anything about the car and when we asked questions we both felt like we were waking him up from a snooze in the back seat. The poor customer service rating I am giving is because the car was on Empty and instead of having someone from the dealership fill it up, they gave us the gas card and had us fill it up and bring the card right back. After a long day of paperwork for buying the car, going to fill it up with gas before leaving the dealership was the last thing we wanted to do. That should have been done while we finalized the paperwork. In addition to that, one of the 2 keys I was given had a dead battery and they did not have anyone would could change the battery, so I had to make a special trip on another day to bring that back. The 2nd one also had a low battery signal, so I had that one replaced also when I returned. They did replace them both for no charge, so that was nice, but that should have been done the day I bought the car. I just felt like I was buying a used car at a typical used car lot. The car is only 2 years old and I paid a fair price, so in the end I am very happy, but I would not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach and I would not shop there again. 2 weeks after buying the car, I got a call from another salesman at the dealership asking if I was still in the market for a mazda CX-5 and I told him I bought one from his dealership. He was surprised, so that will tell you how unorganized they are. We did have a great experience with Brian who did the financing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he did make us feel welcome. He is an asset to this dealership. More

The first car he showed us was exactly what I wanted. It took a minute to get a test drive and paperwork done because the dealership was busy. I believe he had other people he was assisting but I was waiting for insurance to go through. In the end, we were in and driving away with the car in about 4 hours with a great car. More
