Mazda of Palm Beach does the complete opposite, they educate the consumer and in turn provided a lease deal that was 15 percent better than 6 other Mazda dealers. I have leased over 12 cars and Mazda of Palm Beach was the easiest and pleasant experience that I have experienced when it comes to lease. Out of State Customer Made Happy I had a great experience. I was trying to make a deal from out-of-state. I called another dealership and wasn't taken seriously. But when I spoke with I had a great experience. I was trying to make a deal from out-of-state. I called another dealership and wasn't taken seriously. But when I spoke with JD, he made sure I was taken care of. He even came in on his day off to finalize the deal with me. Not to mention, it's a beautiful car at a good price. There's a small plastic clip that needs to be replaced on the car... And they're ordering the part for me and will get it to me ASAP. Bill Colarusso was very responsive, even during after hours, in getting me the information I requested and setting I started my new car search online.
