I can't say enough about my experience. I had enough of the shady dealership bait & switch, etc. at other places. So I decided to contact the General Manager, Clevelin. I told him exactly what I wanted and the shady dealership bait & switch, etc. at other places. So I decided to contact the General Manager, Clevelin. I told him exactly what I wanted and he responded with an offer in writing that knocked me off of my feet. No haggling. My paperwork and car were ready when I walked in the door. I could have been in and out but I decided to change cars and was still accomodated quickly. Bobby M. made the experience fun (if I can actually say that about a dealership) as he was able to answer any and all questions about the vehicle. With his humor, I must say, he missed his calling as a comdeian. So suffice to say, my Mom wants to purchase 2 cars and I have referred my friends. I will say when I am ready for another vehicle, this is the only place I plan on going. Don't be fooled by the Mazda sign as they also sell new luxury vehicles as well (Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW & the list goes on). Clevelin is an exotic car aficionado and can provide you details on any car you think of. The experience was, dare I say, "refreshing" and wonderful!
