My first financed car at an affordable price! Chelsie was really great to work with! She was very concerned first with what I was and wasn’t looking for in a car, and taking notes of that even tho Chelsie was really great to work with! She was very concerned first with what I was and wasn’t looking for in a car, and taking notes of that even though I’d made my appointment for one car in particular. I had issues with my insurance quotes changing on me as I tried to purchase my new rate online to finalize the deal, and she was never annoyed about running back and forth to ask financing about insurance requirements and when she saw me almost go through a certain insurance company at a lower rate, she had a genuinely upset reaction and gave me great advice to pull up their reviews and not work with them. She was very understanding about it being my first financed car and even though it was 5:30 when we walked in and almost 10pm when we got the paperwork finished, no one EVER made us feel bad for holding them past closing. My boyfriend noticed extreme wear on the tires (sure enough, he googled the brand and they were the cheapest Walmart tires) and Mazda agreed to replace the two most with out for me as well. Chelsie and Louis were very understanding and flexible that I recently started a new job and managed to work with me to find a down payment only slightly above what I originally planned that would allow my monthly payments to be within budget but not require me to wait for additional pay stubs I didn’t have access to yet. And they got the shoe car detailed for me while we started my paperwork! The whole process- on their end, not my insurance- was quick and very professional, but warm and personal as well. I look forward to going back here if I ever trade in for a newer car and my boyfriend will definitely be looking at their inventory when he buys a new car in August as well! Thanks Chelsie! xx More

Service I took my CX9 in for a front end alignment, drive belt replacement, and coolant drain and fill. I plan to keep the vehicle for a long time and know i I took my CX9 in for a front end alignment, drive belt replacement, and coolant drain and fill. I plan to keep the vehicle for a long time and know it is critical to keep it well maintained. For example if coolant isn’t changed properly the water pump is subject to failure. Water pump replacement is very expensive. The work was easy to schedule and the work was completed when promised. They also had coupons which brought the cost down. More
