The first time I brought in the problem they could not replicate it. However they should have spent more time trying to my problem with Apple car play the first time I brought the car in as it would have replicate it. I went to Louis to discuss financing. He was not helpful, transparent or honest. I would not recommend working with him. I felt as if I was wasting his time.
