My experience at Mazda of Roswell was excellent! Trevor Fortier in sales was a great fit for me, he was very different from other dealerships. The staff were very courteous and did a great job. The basic issue that needed addressed was promptly takin care of in a reasonable time frame. Xavier gave me a fair price up front, no haggling. I'm sure I could have gotten it a little lower and gotten 5 other quotes to get a few more hundred $$ but my time is worth something and I'd much rather sure I could have gotten it a little lower and gotten 5 other quotes to get a few more hundred $$ but my time is worth something and I'd much rather just get a fair number from the start that makes you money and gives me a fair price. We drove all the way from Panama City to pick up the car and it was painless. It took a little longer than I thought it would but that's been true every time I've bought a new car, so I guess it's just the process. More
