We are truly sorry that you feel the way you do because we truly value every single one of our customers, both sales and service, and truly appreciate your business. we have spoken with the Service Advisor, and he has checked his time-stamped outbound calls – and he did return your call on 1-7-19 @ 3:58 p.m. and informed you with regards to a headliner situation with the vehicle. He also didn’t understand why it was thought he was being rude, as he was truly trying to be helpful. As you left, you indicated that you had to reschedule the appointment, with the service advisor even opening the door for him as he left, so we are perplexed as to why you think that's identified as being rude. Additionally, the service advisor, as part of their job, informed you that your 36,000 mile/36 month gm, bumper to bumper warranty had expired. regardless of the price paid for any vehicle, a manfacturer’s warranty has terms/limits, but at the time of any customer’s purchase, they have the option to perhaps purchase an extended warranty plan(s) that could cover future repairs (every extended service plan is different). As far as a resolution is concerned, in almost every case, we have to have the vehicle on premises to identify/diagnose issues with any vehicle. If there is still any unresolved issues we would be happy to address them. obviously, this does not apply to the appt that needs to be rescheduled to repair the headliner, if you wish to move forward in that regard.

Our Parts Department requested your check as they indicated that they would. There are certain procedures in place that our accounting department goes through prior to a check being mailed out. We are sorry for the delay in this regard, and you should have your check within the next few days. We simply do not have enough cash on premises to return cash to a customer days after a purchase, which is why we issue checks instead. Our records indicate that you have the McCluskey mobile app downloaded. Therefore, as a measure of customer goodwill, and to show you that we truly do care about the experience you describe, we are going to deposit the sum of $100 in MBucks to your account. These funds can be used in our parts/service/body shop or sales department(s). You will get an alert with this download occurs, which should be no later than tomorrow, Tuesday, 10-23.
