I had a perfectly fine Jeep that I just bought a few months ago, so I wasn’t pressed to get into a new vehicle, but I told my wife, if they got me into exactly what I wanted, i would go ahead and get it. Salesman Isaiah was great there was a mishap with a trailer brake feature on the truck I had bought from them and Isaiah made it right. Service on the other hand was absolutely atrocious. I was told by JOSH in service that there was no trailer brake avaible for my truck and they could not order one I then ordered one myself. talked to parts myself and they advised me that there was a trailer brake they could install for me and they could have it in the same day. After wasting an hour and a half of my time 30$ in fuel to drive to kings for no reason and not having my truck for 36 hrs I was pretty upset considering I could have installed the trailer brake myself in an hour and a half. And they mounted the controller sideways in the dash, very unprofessional work all this because the service guy swore that one could not be ordered. I will not be bringing my truck back to mcclusky Chevrolet ever again and if I have anymore issues I will be selling the Chevy and buying a ford like I should have done in the first place. More
