John was able to locate 2 vehicles that met our needs and were within the price range we quoted. We didn't need to haggle on the price as he gave us a great deal (I did my research first) from the start and we were very pleased with the vehicle. John took the time to show my mother the options on the vehicle and make sure she was happy with the choice. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thank you John for helping us. WRONG OIL I purchase a 2013 F250 from this dealership in Jan 2013. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased a maintenance plan. The maintenance plan called I purchase a 2013 F250 from this dealership in Jan 2013. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased a maintenance plan. The maintenance plan called for oil changes every 5K miles with full synthetic oil. Last week, I took the truck in for the 25K oil change and stated the truck was to get synthetic oil. The Quick Lane manager told me that was not the case, that it only was to get standard diesel oil as that what was in the computer system. After escalating this to the GM, I finally got them to admit they had been using standard oil in my truck when I had paid for synthetic. I went back and checked the part number for the oil they had used from my service tickets and sure enough all the oil changes were standard diesel oil. Every time I took my truck in for service and oil change, I specifically stated the oil is synthetic. Before last Friday, there was no indication they were not using synthetic oil. So, if you purchased a maintenance plan with this dealership specifying synthetic oil, go back and check you service tickets and check the oil part number on the ford web site to make sure they used the correct oil. I am betting they did not.... Once I discovered the deception, I asked for the engine to be replaced in my truck with a new ford replacement engine. They said that was not going to happen and I was being unreasonable. As an option, I asked for the truck to be replaced with a new truck for a trade difference of what I still owed on this truck. The GM, met with me about that. At the time, there were no trucks on the lot with the same package and color of my truck to trade with them for. There were four trucks that were the same color but a higher package. So I asked for one of them. After working with the GM to get this truck, we were unable to come to a price that was not 18K difference than what I owed. I have filed a complaint with Ford, the BBB, the Corporate office (no response) and of course at he dealership. So, they are running a scam on using standard oil in vehicles even if you purchased synthetic oil. Check your service tickets and call them out on this. More

We were able to go to another dealer and make a better deal and be treated with respect. Mr. Asencio should not be a salesperson. When we asked for his name he turned around and did not respond, however, we were able to get his name by other means. More

Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience, and everything was completed in good order. I've had my vehicle for 2 weeks now, and it is indeed a "dream car". I hope to be driving it for the next 10 years. More

whatever you do pick any salesperson other then charles wolf so far my experience with the service dept. has been excellent,the only complaint about this dealer I have is the sales person I got stuck withCharles so far my experience with the service dept. has been excellent,the only complaint about this dealer I have is the sales person I got stuck withCharles Wolf,whatever you do ,do not buy a car from him,he will promise you the world and deliver on nothing, I waited over 5 weeks for repairs that he promised would be done and in fact he never did get anything done ,his supervisor took care of the repairs himself,also the warranty I got that Charles claimed was an excellent 7year warranty is actually a 7 year or 100,000 mile warranty ,the car he sold me had 60,000 miles so in reality the car is only covered for another 40,000 miles,and there are deductibles just be careful and stay away from Charles he's not trustworthy More
