Without being asked Bill provided all the information about the vehicle that I wanted to know. After the test drive Bill and I negotiated a fair price. Then the paperwork was handled expediently, including the license plates.Before I could even mentioned what I perceived as a problem getting the vehicle to my daughter's home in Novi Bill said it could be delivered by by the next morning. Cool! Almost before I could tell my family the vehicle was going to be delivered it was delivered that very afternoon. All in all the purchase of the vehicle was a most pleasant experience, I am grateful. More
