Great sales experience I had been dealing with a Flint dealer trying to purchase a new 2017 Sierra after seeing an internet deal. The internet deal was purchased just ahead I had been dealing with a Flint dealer trying to purchase a new 2017 Sierra after seeing an internet deal. The internet deal was purchased just ahead of me after a frustrating 2 and a half hours dealing with an inept salesperson. The manager called me later and apologized and offered a great deal and said he could get me any color and would get a truck from another dealer. I work in Flint but live closer to Saginaw so I decided to go to Mcdonald to see the colors available in person. While my wife and I were looking Sam came out to talk to us. I didn't tell him about the other dealer but asked him to give me out-the-door quotes for a couple of the trucks. He called me an hour later but the quotes were not as good as the deal offered in Flint. The Flint dealer fell through trying to get me the truck I wanted so I called Sam and told him what was going on. He said to come out and they were willing to deal. I was able to get a truck with everything I wanted at a very good price and Sam, the sales manager and the finance guy were all very friendly and professional. When they noticed it was my wife's birthday they even gave her a gift card so we could get some dinner after the sale! More
