Terrible communication! They failed to let me know that one of the items I was bringing my car in for was on back order. Then proceeded not to mention it at drop off. At pick up they remembered that only half the work was able to be done. Then waiting for the item was confusing- because Toyota reported the item was never not available. When getting the district manager involved (because no one lower would help) they all the sudden had the part. They schedule to pick my car up as a way to make amends for not telling me the first time. On scheduled day they never showed up. They forgot to call me and tell me they had a scheduling conflict and rescheduled me for the next day. The next day they picked up my car at 8am and finally at 4:30p, I reached out asking for an update. No one would answer me. A service advisor text me and said please text with questions but never responded. Called - sent to voice mail. Emailed- they guys was out for the day. Finally, the wonderful front desk woman helped me. She walked to the back and found someone to talk to me. They had yet to start on my car but would figure out how to finish it and return it. At 7pm my car was done. No one called me to tell me how the work went, give instructions on what I need to do or anything at all. The bad communication started from the top and never ended. The only people who were great to work with were the driver and the front desk. We will never do any kind of business with McDonald Toyota again. More

I recently acquired a used car, everything seemed fine when I took the test drive, we returned, signed the papers, they asked me for the car key to go fill up the fuel tank, they came back, they gave me t when I took the test drive, we returned, signed the papers, they asked me for the car key to go fill up the fuel tank, they came back, they gave me the car running and when I left the place the engine light came on, the brakes failed, suddenly it wouldn't stop and then it did, 3 weeks have passed and I still don't have my car because they haven't agreed on whether they will pay or the warranty, I hope it is resolved soon since if I decided to buy there it was for greater security of having a car in good condition.
