WHAT A JOKE. The WORST dealership I’ve EVER dealt with. PERIOD. I don’t care how good of a deal you think you’re getting or how pretty you think the vehicle is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We should’ve lef PERIOD. I don’t care how good of a deal you think you’re getting or how pretty you think the vehicle is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We should’ve left the minute they tried to slip a $4000 fee in on the price of the vehicle for ‘washing, touch-up, and inspection’ of the vehicle before we bought it-which I refused to pay and they took it off (slimy sales tactic) Against my better judgement and bc I really liked the car, we purchased it. However, when leaving the dealership I noticed the entire panel of my taillight was out-so much for that ‘$4000 inspection’. Lol. Mick told me to bring it back and it would be fixed at no cost to me. Fast forward to my 2 hr drive back to the dealership to get my $500 light kit replaced as promised.....after getting there at 7a and waiting over an hour, a shuttle (driver’s name was Tyrone) took us to Cracker Barrel. Said he would be back at 9a to pick us up and take us back to dealership. 9a came and went. No shuttle. No Tyrone. After waiting for over an hour and 4 phone calls to dealership later and still no shuttle, we walked 20 min back on a busy 4-lane hwy. NEXT, we were told by George that his ‘manager’ said they wouldn’t honor what Mick had told us bc we didn’t get it in writing. Seriously? How do you sleep at night? The whole experience has taught me a very valuable lesson-don’t put your faith in humanity. At least not at this place bc there is NONE. MICK, GEORGE, TYRONE, ‘THE MANAGER ( aka-little man hiding behind the slimy sales people) will tell you anything you want to hear to take your money but after they have it go ahead and bend over for them. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL GROUP AT MCDONOUGH NISSAN. Save yourself the high blood pressure and stress of dealing with these idiots and go somewhere that will at least be halfway truthful about what you’re getting and what they can do. You got me McDonough Nissan but hopefully this review will keep you from getting anyone else. Maybe I just got a really bad group of employees- but we dealt with others P (financing guy) and he was a complete condescending smarta**. Maybe they’re not all bad but the ones I mentioned in this review and the others I came across while at the dealership were terrible. More
