When I returned to speak to the manager about lingering questions, he faked invoice prices to defend the advisor's pricing. This I discovered when family, friends and I called McDonough Nissan later to ask the price for my same service... the phone quoted prices were always the same, meaning I was definitely overcharged $70. An unpleasant survey later got me a call and kind apology from the poor soul sent to contact me and "make things right", but it had nothing to do w Stephen or the Service Mgr that each went out of their way to make me feel unappreciated, cheated, and decieved. On a lighter note, Cronic Nissan has only ever given us excellent service and they've never overcharged us. So even though it's a longer drive to Cronic Nissan, it's the only place we go to service our Nissan More
