Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Julian was very professional and energetic. I appreciate his work ethic as a young man. A couple points to improve upon that I would mention. He said that he would work out a “black Friday deal” with me over the phone when I asked him if there was flexibility on the price of the vehicle. And he also told us because the original vehicle that we wanted wasn’t there, that he would work on “a better deal” on another vehicle. But when I asked about this in front of him and the sales sales manager, the sales manager said that the Internet price was firm. So I felt like there was an overpromising, and under-delivering there. Also to note, the sales manager told me that the interest rate was 7%, it turned out to be 7.25%. I’m very much one who believes in saying what is honest and true. Other than that though, we had a very smooth, and efficient experience! More
