This was the worse experience ever. In December 2021 I purchased two vehicles totaling $160,000. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Armada, and a 2015 Mercedes S550. The dealership also sold In December 2021 I purchased two vehicles totaling $160,000. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Armada, and a 2015 Mercedes S550. The dealership also sold me an extended warranty for approximately $8,000 for the Mercedes. In March 2022, the Mercedes car broke down. We had not even put 1000 miles on the vehicle. We had the vehicle towed into the dealership for them to fix it and they advised that did not service Mercedes vehicles. The service manager then advised me to have the vehicle towed to a Mercedes dealership for them to fix it and then said that I purchased the "top of the line" warranty that covered the vehicle bumper to bumper. Mercedes dealership assessed the vehicle and informed us that we needed a new transmission and a new drive shaft. The cost for the repairs totaled approximately 19,000 dollars. The Mercedes dealership forwarded the claim to the warranty company and the warranty company denied the claim without any explanation. My husband and I had to come up with $19,000 to pay for the repairs. We have taken the car back to Nissan where we purchased it at an attempt to trade the vehicle in. We explained that they sold us a bad warranty and a bad vehicle, and we wanted them to make things right. Ultimately, we were unable to trade in the vehicle and now we are stuck with an unreliable vehicle, an expensive warranty that will not fix anything, and a very bad dealership experience. I have been a Nissan customer for the past 10 years, driving nothing but pathfinders and armadas, all financed through Nissan. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. This is the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! BE WARE!!! More
