4 stars as I only experienced the lobby, show room and waiting area at 6am. Wasn’t a lot going on at that time I was there for service. Did enjoy reading and looking at the McGrath first car that starte waiting area at 6am. Wasn’t a lot going on at that time I was there for service. Arrived at 1145am for a noon appointment for rim replacement; tire balancing and rotation and C6 service- an hour and half to 2 hours. Rim wasn’t changed 1st time. Then tire pressure monitoring sens replacement; tire balancing and rotation and C6 service- an hour and half to 2 hours. Rim wasn’t changed 1st time. Then tire pressure monitoring sensor was damaged by tech. Had to return to service 4 times. Left dealer at 615pm fearful all the way home as to whether another tire pressure monitoring system problem icon would pop up. Spent $1200+ for plenty of aggravation. More

Drove into the service center and was greeted immediately and went to the waiting room to wait. They came up to me and asked if I needed a car to use. I was going to use a car but didn't have my insurance ca and went to the waiting room to wait. They came up to me and asked if I needed a car to use. I was going to use a car but didn't have my insurance card readily available. They did give me a shuttle ride where I needed to go. when my car was ready they came and picked me up. Everything ran smooth. More
