Went in for oil change and was told it would be $99, I told the technician that I had a coupon, while I searched on my phone he told me he could take $15 off and when I found my email coupon, turns out it told the technician that I had a coupon, while I searched on my phone he told me he could take $15 off and when I found my email coupon, turns out it was for $59. ALMOST $40 difference!!! Why aren't coupons saved to my account if they were emailed to me? Instead I feel like the service desk tried to get an extra $40 from me? This should be addressed as it seems very deceiving. I was also not informed that I needed a new air filter until I saw the paperwork at check out after being there for almost 2 hours. Was also told that the car wash didn't work but got to the car and it was washed. Was not a very attentive experience as it has been in the past. More
