I was treated really well here, especially being taken care of by Yvette. The price was very set in stone but the finance team did try very hard to get me to my payment wants. I purchased a 2017 Accord from them a couple weeks ago and I was really happy with the whole experience. I went to a few dealerships and all used high-pressure sales tactics and stereotypical "used car sa and I was really happy with the whole experience. At McGrath, the salesperson, Darek Smorz, was patient and slowly walked me through the options. He didn't insist I make the decision that night. Unlike at other dealerships, their certified vehicles were in great condition and didn't have gashes on the side. A couple weeks later I have had no issues. Darek even tracked down the second key from a previous owner at no additional expense. I'm very happy I drove all the way out. More

Alex from service also came in and explained what would need to be done in the future for our Honda to stay mechanically healthy. Overall did not expect to get a car on our first stop of the day. Found a reliable Honda, and content with purchase. Better experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles than when my wife and I went to the Honda dealership in Schaumburg the day before. Not looking for another car anytime soon, but if and when I do; I will go to McGrath Honda in St. Charles first. I only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. My wife and I bought a CR-V from here, Max was our salesman. He was really nice and helpful. Greeted us as soon as we got out our car, and was ready to help. Very nice guy. We did have a few issues with the car but the sales and service managers at McGrath solved every concern we had. That is customer service you rarely see anymore. Usually businesses lately have the 'if you don't like it, then go somewhere else' mentality. Not here, which I can appreciate. McGrath really has a take care of the customer attitude that I wish more people had, which is why if I had to recommend a dealer to buy from I would come here. More
