The truck was supposed to be fully serviced, detailed and filled with fuel. It was filled and vacuumed, it took 3 hrs. The truck ran great for 2 weeks then started making a roaring noise feom under the hood. Took it to Dan for help, got 0 help, only a bad attitude. He told me the noise was normal, but the truck didnt make that noise for the first 2 weeks i had it. A/C wires had been chewed causing my a/c not to work. He told me insurance would pay for that. The truck set on your lot longer than ive had it. Not sure why they couldnt fix the wires. Dan told me there is nothing else he can do, so i left and gave an honest review. Dan called me about an hr later upset about the review. He insulted me and my wife on the phone. He should not have called to just start trouble. I or anyone i know will not be back at your dealership as long as there are people like that working for you.
