Daniel is a great Service Advisor. I was able to set up the appointment and discuss the services needed through text messages. The process was extremely seamless, and he made sure to communicate every step the appointment and discuss the services needed through text messages. Be aware that going to this service center is like going back to kindergarten. They like to joke about price and warranty. This last time when they called they told me my repair was 9000.00 but then after a back to kindergarten. They like to joke about price and warranty. This last time when they called they told me my repair was 9000.00 but then after a few seconds told me it was actually 400.00. This is 3rd time they have done this to me. My first trip they told me my warranty was out when it wasn't. I keep thinking they will grow up. I talked to service manager, but apparently he thinks this approach is a good one. More
