Jesus was exceptional! He was patient and ready to answer all of our questions as first time car buyers. We finished making a plan with Jesus, and thought that was the end He was patient and ready to answer all of our questions as first time car buyers. We finished making a plan with Jesus, and thought that was the end of it, but apparently we didn't do enough research. We went into the financial office and felt blindsided and confused. I understand there was a lot of paperwork to go through, but we felt like our questions were not answered thoroughly. We asked about gap insurance, and we were met with it's mumble mumble and "blah blah." We probably could have taken more time, and made it more clear we didn't know what was going on, but felt kind of dumb for asking questions. It felt like it was common knowledge, and obvious. I remember it going by like a flash, looking for the monthly payment to be under what we could afford, and papers flying in front and away from me as I was asked to sign or initial the highlighted areas. Our bottom line and the life of the loan grew and looked nothing like the nice deal we had thought all day about talking with the salesman. In part, I blame my inexperience but where Jesus met us where we were and helped us through the process, the financial guy left us feeling rushed and uncertain. 5 stars for Jesus, 3 stars for the finance guy, and 5 stars for Tionie. We didn't interact with her much, but she was very nice. More
