Check Engine Light My wife took her vehicle in due to a check engine light. After two-and-a-half hours, she was told it was the gas cap not tightened. Then she was mad My wife took her vehicle in due to a check engine light. After two-and-a-half hours, she was told it was the gas cap not tightened. Then she was made to wait an other hour and had to ask twice during this time why her vehicle was not yet given to her. The time alone is unsatisfactory. But what gets me is, that in this day and age, knowing that the gas cap not being tightened is the culprit in so many check engine lights, this was not checked first., and basically no charge. It cost $91.11 for them to tighten the gas cap??? This is unsatisfactory....at best. We bought this vehicle there and after all add-ons a base price $23,000 vehicle left their lot at $40,000. We have maintained all service at this dealership throughout the vehicles life. And then to pay $91.11 to tighten a gas cap..... Again, this is unsatisfactory service to say the least. More
