Please quote all the facts, the car did brake down while you were traveling out of state. When you called our dealership for assistance my service manager did contact the Subaru dealership it was at and told them to repair it and we will issue them for payment for over $1,800.00 to get you back on the road. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and if it had broken down in state we would have supplied you with one of our loaner cars. I do hope that after it was fixed (free of cost to you) that you were able to continue safely to your destination. Whenever anyone purchases a vehicle from our dealership I have a qualified individual explain the benefits of purchasing an extended warranty that would have covered you for all the repairs that we covered for you but also includes out of state rental car coverage, unfortunately sometimes cars break down they are a machine and these things happen beyond our control. However you are very welcome that my service managers immediate response and agreement to pay for your car to be repaired so that you can continue your journey as soon as the repairs were done.
