Dave and everyone we dealt with at McLaughlin made sure not only that it was a good fit for me and my husband but for my brother as well. He was generous with his time while being respectful of ours. Also you don't have to chase Dave down he responds to messages quickly. Before we left the lot in our (new to us) Equinox, he went over many of the safety setting to make sure they were how we wanted them. He also helped preset some of our favorite SiriusXM stations. I went in to talk to someone about buying out my lease in March 2021 and ended up sitting down with Keith. He was very straightforward and was very willing to explain everything to me as far as options as I March 2021 and ended up sitting down with Keith. I had leased the truck at another local dealer the end of 2017, and I walked out after signing the paperwork feeling like I needed a shower....this has never been the case at McLaughlin.
