Finally, a salesman to SELL me a car! We shopped all over Wichita to find a car that met all of our needs. We arranged a meeting and he showed us every car on the lot and answered all of our questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Tommy and the rest of the sales staff worked to meet our price point, obviously the best part of the experience. My only frustration lies in the military appreciation program being clear regarding eligibility. It seems as though the team wasn't quite sure what were the qualifying criteria and I would have liked to have had it understood before we made a deal. He is an outstanding low pressure sales person who strives to be helpful and his experience in this field has enabled him to serve his clients well. It is unfortunate that the service department has gone down hill over the last year. There are long waits to obtain service and in one instance I learned about today not all the required maintenance service was performed. Why I do not know since the service personnel are suppose to be the experts. More
