There was not the over zealous push of services that I have often found at dealerships. Suggested needs mentioned for my vehicle were within reason. Only reason I didn't give a 5 for quality is that I haven't had the opportunity to use the 4wd they repaired so I really don't know yet. Truck was returned clean (which was definitely not how I brought it in) and ready to roll. More
