HORRIBLE!!! Worst management that I have ever dealt with. This place has totally forgotten what customer service is. When is it ok for a manager to scream and verbally abuse a customer who just wants her warranty to actually be a warranty? Don't fall into their "tires for life" stuff either. You don't get new tires until they are down to 3/32 and was told by them that the metal will come through the tires at 2/32. Seriously, is that even safe? And that loaner they promise you if something goes wrong, yea thats a RENTAL. AVOID THE BIG CORNER AT ALL COSTS!!! More

Stan worked his tail off to make sure he put us in a vehicle that fit our family and also our financial needs. He went above and beyond for us. We never felt pressured from him to purchase a vehicle and always felt he was there working for our best interest. Because of the team led by Shannon Burton and GM Phil Nightingale this will be our second of many vehicles we purchase from MHF. I recently visited Mel Hambelton Ford and had the pleasure to meet Sales Consultant John Santellan while shopping for a Ford Mustang with and for my daughter. I have bought numerous cars in my lifeti pleasure to meet Sales Consultant John Santellan while shopping for a Ford Mustang with and for my daughter. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime, but I have never experienced the customer service and professionalism I enjoyed with John. John had the wherewithal to make my daughter a real part of the buying experience. He was extremely patient in dealing with a sixteen year old that was unsure of the color or package options she wanted in her first car. John let her test drive all of the different vehicles she was interested in and took care in explaining the differences of each. When she narrowed her choice to two vehicles, he pulled them both to a vacant spot on the lot so she could see them side by side. He never rushed her to make a decision and acted as if we were the only people that mattered to him at the time. Once a decision was made on the vehicle, John turned his attention to me. In past experiences, purchasing a car has been a tedious task with the back and forth tactics of negotiation. Not so with John and Mel Hambelton Ford. I spoke frankly with John about what I was looking for in our transaction and he made it happen with one visit to the Sales Manager. In the end, my daughter left with the car of her dreams and I left with the best car buying experience I've ever had. I now own two vehicles from Mel Hambelton Ford. While both buying experiences were good, my experience with John will most certainly guarantee another visit to Mel Hambelton Ford in the future. More

We had been to many other car dealerships in Wichita and none other compared to the service, care and down to earth people at Mel Hambelton. Every aspect of our experience was very reassuring and quite perfect. All of the other dealerships in Wichita we visited were pushy, constantly trying to "sell" us, and always on our backs following us. Mel Hambelton was the complete opposite and the only place I will go for future car purchases. I have never felt so comfortable and welcome during our whole experience.
