I had an outstanding experience at Mel Hambelton. I saw, online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while her new Mustang was on order. My sales rep, Stan Bogdan, went out of his way to make arrangements to go exchange the Mustang I wanted (the one the other customer had) with another Mustang they had on the lot. We took it for a test drive, Stan showed me some cool stuff about the car, and I was sold. We worked out the details over my lunch break (which included adding racing stripes) and we closed on the purchase a little later that day. Love the car...loved the buying experience...Stan was awesome (highly recommend him by the way!) and the financing and closing was seamless.
