Brought my S class for service twice. First time they held my car for two and a half weeks, only four days the second time. Surprised that the only MBUSA dealer can't address my COMAND head unit issues, even with a TSB I provided and they agreed there's an update. They couldn't diagnose my cold start clanking either. I never really went to dealerships but after meeting patrick at a car meet I finally brought my car in and have been going back since. He’s not like most service advisors and goes above in beyond. Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t repair half the things I requested yet charged me three times quoted from others. They didn’t top off my liquids and let me drive off with a flat tire.
