The worst experience i’ve ever had in any dealer ship . For the second year in a row the car was not returned when promised, despite my continued requests and willingness to bring it back in to complete work that couldn’t be done in time. I’m a little disappointed after close review of my service bill to find that some of the parts replaced were at a higher rate than those offered on the online MB parts center.
