Rather than making us feel like we were imposing, Asher spent 15 minutes with us reviewing cars and asked what else he could do. We were able to return a week later and the process was simple - unhurried, attentive, responsive, and fair. Brian listened to what we were considering and from there the vehicle choice was an easy one to make. His low-key personality was what we had hoped for, and received. We felt we were dealing more with a person that truly cared and paid attention to what our requirements were, as opposed to his or the company's goals. Allen was as easy to work with as Brian. Since we were not financing the vehicle, Allen only had to review with us the potential packages we could purchase, which were above the vehicle purchase itself. While we did not purchase any of the offerings, we came away with a sense that Allen understood our position, and thus he did not attempt to push us into something we did require. We recommend this particular dealership, as well as these two gentlemen, in particular, because of their style and personality with customers. More

My service advisor Alex Clothier was pleasant, reassuring and very professional. I got a loaner car while the work was being done and when it was determined that the work on my car would not be completed in time for my family vacation to the eastern shore which was no fault of Mr Clothiers he accommodated my needs for an SUV for my trip with another loaner vehicle. This meant so much to me and my family. Today I took my 2016 C300 for its regular service appointment and was meant with the same professionalism. Mr. Clothier, again provided me with a loaner while the car was serviced and completed the same day. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and Alex Clothier gave me a 5 star service. More
