Without hesitation Alex Clothier met me in the service bay and escorted me to the service desk where he had interrupted his current appointment to welcome me and ask my patience. Certainly!! While waiting Rodd Bowman the service manager came out to explain the reassignment and ask if there was anything that needed attention while I waited for Alex. Wow, what attention to detail. During the course of service and repairs, Alex was in constant contact to update me with progress. This is attention to detail that returns buyers to the dealership. I can only encourage potential buyers to visit with Rodd and gather for yourself the warmth and understanding that makes this dealership work so flawlessly. More
